This will allow enough time for greet and meet, shot records, vet contact information, scheduling a pet sitter. If you are a current client, one week advance notice is sufficient. During the holidays we usually book up quickly and our service is on a first come first serve basis and suggest you make a deposit once you confirm flights and other travel plans.
We offer simple leash management, but for a more in-depth training we are partnering with a local trainer and animal behavior specialist.
We try our best to accommodate all visits with the same walker or pet sitter all the time. But due to the flexible schedule and having our team on call, he or she may not be available. Our goal is to create a fixed walking plan for those clients living in high rises and we could designate one specific walker for that building or zip code.
