Cancellation Policy

We are flexible with cancellations because we know monkey wrenches and things come up. However, please be aware of our cancellation guidelines below:

• If services are cancelled after 3 pm the day before the service occurs, a fee of 25% will be applied.
• If services are cancelled on the same day, before the visit occurs, a fee of 50% will be applied. 
• If the pet sitter shows up and the visit is then cancelled, the client is responsible for 100% of the service fee. 
• If services are cancelled within 2 weeks of a major holiday, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
• If you cancel a reservation booked with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
