Cancellation Policy

We are flexible with cancellations because we know monkey wrenches and things come up. However, please be aware that a fee of 25% of that day's visit(s) be applied if canceled after 3pm the day before they occur. If services are cancelled the same day, a fee of 50% of that day's visit(s) will applied. If the pet sitter shows up to do the visit and then is cancelled, the original agreed service cost stands. A 50% fee if within 2 weeks of major holidays.
