Booking Policy

We require a 50% deposit at the Meet & Greet to secure your reservation. This deposit is refundable per the guidelines of our cancellation policy. The reservation balance is due at the beginning of services to ensure that our team members get paid in a timely manner. 


We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and electronic transfer. We also have a feature to automatically process payments for your convenience in the pet sitting software system. 


Please note the following terms for credit card payments:

  • If you reserve pet sitting services using a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the invoice.
  • If you cancel a reservation booked with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
