Mile High Pet Sitters is committed to providing professional and compassionate pet care. If a client is not fully satisfied with our services, we ask that they contact us within 48 hours so we can address their concerns.

Refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed when services were properly performed and there was no pet neglect, injury, property damage, or failure to provide the agreed-upon care.

Client preferences, minor inconveniences, or differences in expectations alone do not constitute grounds for a refund.

By booking with Mile High Pet Sitters, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
